Why is etiquette important?

Etiquette teaches us the ways in which we can show consideration and thoughtfulness for others. Through our good manners and attitude, those whom we interact with can sense our respect for them and will then willingly extend to us their support and cooperation.

It not only helps us in creating goodwill and cooperation when doing business but also helps us in the cultivation of warm and positive personal relationships.

What can image consulting do for me?

It helps you to develop the confidence to dress with style and individuality. You will consistently appear cultured, elegant and refined, and be more attractive to others.

Pride in your personal look and in your sense of fashion will free you to express yourself better, win hearts, make friends, and influence those you come into contact with.

What standards do your programmes follow? Do you follow Western or Asian practices?

Our programmes are based on accepted international standards and practices. As most businesses are operated according to Western concepts, our core standards are based on Western customs and procedures.

However, being Asian, our courses and training also include subjects on Asian etiquette, practices, and customs.

What do you teach in your business etiquette programme?

In our Business Etiquette programme, we teach the skills sets that equip our students with a competitive edge that enables them to get ahead easily in the corporate and business world. Not only within the corporate setting, but also within entertainment settings, our students will learn valuable knowledge on correct protocol and procedures.

What is your Etiquette In Healthcare programme about?

Our Etiquette In Healthcare programme teaches healthcare and medical professionals, such as nurses, clinic and hospital staff, doctors, and dentists, how to interact correctly with their patients, so as to to give the best corporate image of their operations, which will in turn increase business turnover.

As the medical services industry is competitive, patients will tend to decide on who or where their healthcare-givers should be, according to how they perceive the the way they are being handled when they go for their treatments.

Well-trained staff will make for comfortable and positive visits for patients, who are then much more likely to become loyal, long-term customers of the clinic or hospital.
